MEET OUR FOUNDER: MRS THERESA .E. IKOKWU
Mrs. Theresa Ebele Ikokwu is a seasoned educator, transformational administrator, and visionary leader with decades of experience in educational development, school leadership, institutional management, and human capacity building.
Widely respected for her passion for educational excellence and transformational leadership, she has contributed immensely to the advancement of schools and educational institutions through strategic leadership, mentorship, innovation, and disciplined administration.
She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shalom Educational and Vacation Consult, where she leads initiatives focused on school development, educator empowerment, student advancement, digital learning solutions, and globally relevant educational experiences.
Mrs. Ikokwu pioneered Divine Royal International College, where her exceptional leadership contributed significantly to the institution’s academic growth, administrative stability, and moral development for 19 years.
Prior to founding Shalom Educational and Vacation Consult, she served in several leadership capacities under the Anambra State Ministry of Education, including Vice Principal at Dennis Memorial Grammar School and Head of Department at Anglican Girls Secondary School.
She holds an MBA in Health and Safety Leadership from the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), Spain, alongside postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Project Management from University of Roehampton and Cambridge International Qualification respectively both in United Kingdom.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and also a Fellow of the Institute of Information and Management of Africa
Her international exposure across Africa, Europe, and the United States continues to shape her passion for educational transformation, sustainable institutional growth, and globally relevant learning.
